The above breakfast seminar, hosted by SkillSet Consulting and Pallas Athena, saw delegates from companies such as Shell International, Tyco, UBS and the Home Office come together to hear  process experts address some of the key challenges facing today’s organisations.

During the seminar we looked at the importance of efficient processes and the value of Business Process Improvement (BPI). We addressed some of the common challenges that organisations face when implementing process improvement initiatives. We saw how process mining offers a powerful alternative to traditional process mining techniques. Finally, we learned how organisations such as Bolton Council have used process mining to achieve significant time and cost savings.
