Strong leadership is fundamental to the success of any change programme and yet many companies and individuals struggle on without the necessary skills and knowledge.
Our leadership programmes are designed to allow individuals to develop their own style of leadership, based on their personality, through a structured programme of self-discovery and facilitated workshops. Managers at any level will benefit greatly from the courses which typically run over a period of several months with a series of one-to-one and group sessions combined with guided self-study.

His operational experience includes deployments in Northern Ireland in 1977/78, in bomb disposal, the Gulf in 1990/91 and 2003, and the Balkans in 1995, 1997 and 1999 and was appointed CBE for his work there. His final operational tour was in 2002/03 when he deployed to Washington, Kuwait and Baghdad as the International Deputy in the US led Office of Reconstruction and Humanitarian Affairs, later re-titled the Coalition Provisional Authority in 2002/03.
Having worked closely with Industry in his time as the Director General of the Defence Supply Chain, he is a trustee of the Leadership Trust Foundation and a Director of 2 International Aid Organisations. A Lay Reader in the Church of England, a Trustee of the British and Foreign Bible Society, and a Director of ‘Theos’ – a biblical think tank - he is also a Visiting Professor at Nottingham, Reading and Cranfield Universities - having had a number of articles and book chapters published on a variety of subjects. He is also the current Army Adviser to the House of Commons Defence Committee
