1. Why should I use an external consultant?

2. What do you mean by “business change management”?
   We define business change management to be a set of processes and tools used to implement change to organisation, process or technology where business end users are affected. If the change project is a technology implementation the business change aspects generally only cover the non-technical aspects and in this case the business change project would run in parallel with the technical implementation project.
