Essentials

• Degree qualified
• Passionate about helping people through change
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Project experience – either as a consultant or on an internal project
• Keen to learn and adapt to new and challenging situations
• Fluent English
• Willingness to travel
• Self-motivated

• Worked in a variety of roles in large corporate companies
• Languages other than English
• Experience with one or more of the following:
  • Change management consulting
  • Project management
  • Process and system governance

• Facilitation
• Business process re-engineering
• Training development and delivery
• Leadership development
• Sales and networking
• Proposal writing
• Business systems (e.g. SAP, Siebel) familiarity (not detailed technical knowledge)
