Cordys Technical Consultant

SkillSet Consulting is currently seeking to recruit a Cordys technical consultant to join our growing team.  The role will be wide-ranging and will encompass:

• Development of client business processes using the Cordys BPM tool (versions C3 and BOP4).
• Building a detailed understanding of SkillSet Consulting’s existing Cordys installations for the purpose of providing support to our clients. The ability to “bug fix” is, consequently, a key attribute for this role.
• Working with the Cordys suite of products in future engagements with SkillSet Consulting’s client base, providing both technical and analytical skills.
• Building internal knowledge of Cordys BPM products, including new versions of the BPM toolkit.

Preference will be given to individuals with proven experience in delivering services to BPM-centric projects and those who have an intrinsic understanding of the nature and purpose of BPM and the value of its adoption.

Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in customer-facing roles.
• Willingness to travel, mainly within the UK.
• Ability to run requirements workshops.
• Experience in analysing business processes.
• A history of development or coding experience.

Experience in implementing business processes using BPM tools would also be beneficial.

There will also be the need for integration coding in either Java or .NET (depending on the project and product being used.); candidates should be able to demonstrate a strong working knowledge in either of these technologies.

Our offices are based in Fleet, Hampshire, but we are looking for people who are willing to travel, where necessary, to UK-based client sites for short to medium-term on site work.

Salary offered will be within the £35k-£48k per annum range, depending on experience. There will be opportunities for rapid development for the right candidate.
