BPM Consultant

SkillSet Consulting is currently expanding and is seeking to recruit BPM Consultants from a range of backgrounds.

BPM experience is desirable, but not essential as training will be provided. Skills and knowledge in the following technologies would be an advantage; Javascript, XML (including XSLT, XPath, XQuery, XLink, XPointer), DOM and SQL.

Ideal candidates will also have experience in C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET, Visual Studio/.NET framework (all versions), workflow, XForms, BPMN, BPEL, BizTalk, MS Sharepoint, SQL Server, Oracle, Java, JSP, J2EE.

Applicants should have proven experience in delivering services to BPM-centric projects. An understanding of the nature and purpose of BPM and the value of its adoption would also be beneficial. We are particularly interested in hearing from candidates with experience of Cordys, Lombardi Teamworks, Metastorm, BEA, ALBPM, Process 360, Appian, Tibco, Pega.

Successful candidates must be able to demonstrate:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in customer-facing roles.
• Ability to facilitate requirements workshops.
• Experienced in analysing business processes.
• A history of development/coding experience.
• Experience implementing processes using BPM tools/methods would be beneficial.

SkillSet Consulting is an independent provider of Business Process Improvement (BPI) and BPM technology. We implement and enhance a broad range of BPM systems for clients across Europe. Successful candidates will receive in-depth product training where required.

We work with our clients to support the full development lifecycle – from process analysis to implementing BPM systems. On some projects, there may be the need for Java or .NET integration testing (depending on the project and product being used.)

Our head offices are based in Fleet, Hampshire. Successful candidates will be expected to travel to client sites (predominantly UK) where they will work on short to medium-term projects

Salary - £35k-£48k per annum, dependent on experience. There will be opportunities for rapid development for the right candidate.
