Our Business Change management courses are delivered by principal consultants with extensive experience in some of the world’s leading companies such as BP, Syngenta and ExxonMobil. We combine theory and practice in a way that can be immediately used to good effect on a project.

  • Leadership Development
    Bespoke programmes developed specifically for your organisation running over a period of several months with workshops, one-to-one coaching, self-study and experience based learning.
  • Business Change for Project Teams
    Introductory to advanced levels (1-3 days)
  • Business Change Coaching
    One-to-one sessions with those undertaking Business Change activities – offering advice, tools, feedback and general support.
  • Business Change Seminars
    Aimed at management teams or project steering committees to provide a good understanding of Business Change and the difference it can make – (2-4 hours)

Our Leadership programme is run by Maj. General Tim Cross, recently retired from the British Army having led the largest Army Division, led the Defence Logistics Review and held board membership of the multi-billion pound Defence Logistic Organisation.


He is a trustee of the Leadership Trust Foundation, a Director of 2 International Aid Organisations, Army Adviser to the House of Commons Defence Committee and a Visiting Professor at Nottingham, Reading and Cranfield.
